Terms and Conditions for EZ Chirp

By using EZ Chirp, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Overview of EZ Chirp Services
EZ Chirp is a communication platform that allows federal inmates to send and receive SMS messages with their family and friends. EZ Chirp is a brand umbrella under Unchained Connections LLC. 

2. Subscription and Pricing
All subscriptions to EZ Chirp services include the following benefits:

• Unlimited messaging with a personal number

• A personalized email address (name@ezchirp.com)

• Access to unlimited Google search, AI research, sports updates, nationwide news, lyric finder, zodiac readings, and more—just ask, and we’ll provide!

Pricing for our services is as follows:

• One Month: $20

• Three Months: $50 

• Six Months: $100 

• One Year: $200 

3. How It Works
To begin using EZ Chirp, follow these steps:

• Sign up your incarcerated loved one.

• Provide your loved one with an email to add to their account.

• Your loved one will receive detailed instructions on how to use the service.

4. Billing and Payment
Our services are billed on a recurring (automatic) basis. By subscribing to EZ Chirp, you authorize EZ Chirp to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. One-time payment options are also available but must be selected on the payment page.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for non-usage due to facility lockdowns.

• EZ Chirp does not offer refunds for interruptions in service due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., third-party vendors or equipment failures).

• To avoid future charges, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued after the 24-hour grace period. Cancellations must be submitted on the website or by emailing help@ezchirp.com.

6. Service Limitations
EZ Chirp provides services based on available technology and the cooperation of third parties. We are not responsible for any delays in service, poor quality, or interruptions caused by, but not limited to:

• An underlying carrier, service provider, vendor, prison phone provider, or other third parties;

• Equipment failure;

• Network outages;

• And other unforeseen circumstances.

If there are any interruptions in service on EZ Chirp, no credits will be issued.

7. Phone Numbers
Phone numbers assigned to EZ Chirp customers are owned by EZ Chirp.

8. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on customer interactions and replies to messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.

9. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use EZ Chirp services.

10. Law Enforcement Disclosure of Information
EZ Chirp reserves the right to disclose customer information to law enforcement or legal authorities as required by law.

11. Privacy and Data Security
EZ Chirp respects your privacy. We will not share your personal information or mobile data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 12. Modifications to Services and Terms
EZ Chirp reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will become effective upon posting.

13. Limitation of Liability
EZ Chirp will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any disruptions to the service.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
